Halloween Costumes Ideas
So Halloween is just around the corner and I’ve noticed something. Every Halloween you see batman costumes, tinkerbell costumes, all the standard stuff. This page is an attempt to give musicians some ideas for Halloween costumes or Halloween accessories they can wear this year.
You can be Joey Jordison and company for Halloween with the appropriate Slipknot Masks (drumming skills not included).
He isn’t a drummer, but who doesn’t look good in an Elvis Costume? Grab yourself some hairspray (or a wig if you don’t have enough hair), sunglasses and a white undershirt. Besides the leather jacket and pants, the whole costume is pretty simple. Also, you can mix and match accessories at home depending on what era of Elvis you should choose to be.
Now this costume is truly scary. Sadly it isn’t as great as it seems in the picture. Your head won’t really end up looking that big, compared to your body, but a Michael Jackson Mask is still an awesome Halloween Idea. In addition to the mask you can use any random glove laying around for Michaels famous “one glove” look. A white undershirt and some tight-fitting black pants would complete this costume.
Another simple and easy costume idea, that you may even be able to pull off with old clothes laying around the house, is Jack and Meg White from The White Stripes. Just gather up some red, white or black clothes and throw em’ together. This is also a great costume idea for couples. Just looking around the internet you can see that lots of people have done it and it turns out looking pretty good.
